Founder’s Voice | Labfluence (FMCH era)

I’ve spent more than 17 years across 30 pharmaceutical markets, working between medical and commercial worlds and collaborating with more than 30,000 healthcare professionals through training, congresses, and field education, primarily in dermocosmetics and healthcare innovation, including long-term experience with Eucerin at Beiersdorf.

Alongside this, I also gained experience in the domestic FMCG industry, working at Baby Food Factory with brands such as Nutrino, Nutrino Lab, and Nutrino Lab Junior, where I saw first-hand how consumer behavior, nutrition, and early-life health communication shape long-term wellness habits.

This combination of pharmaceutical precision and FMCG speed gave me a unique perspective on what is now becoming impossible to ignore:

The border between FMCG and healthcare is dissolving.

Not gradually, structurally.

We are entering a new category space: FMCH | Fast Moving Consumer Health.

A world shaped by longevity, prevention, self-care, and wellness-driven decision making, where people don’t wait for healthcare systems to define health for them anymore. They actively construct it, daily, through products, habits, and information ecosystems.

But while consumer behavior has evolved, communication systems haven’t.

I kept seeing the same friction points:

  • Science that is accurate, but emotionally invisible.
  • FMCG at scale, but disconnected from clinical trust.
  • Field organizations with enormous potential, constrained by outdated models of influence.
  • Education built to deliver information, not to change behavior.

And that gap was no longer operational.

It was conceptual.

So I built Labfluence.

A space designed for the reality we are already living in, where health is no longer owned by one system, one channel, or one discipline.

Where FMCG thinking meets medical credibility.
Where science is not simplified, but translated into experience.
Where field teams become influence architects, not just messengers.
Where learning is designed to travel, across professionals, channels, and consumers.

Because in the FMCH era, influence doesn’t flow in one direction.

It circulates.

And the brands that understand this shift will not just communicate better, they will define what modern health behavior looks like.

At the core, the principle is simple:

When science is experienced, it becomes trusted.
When trust is built at scale, behavior changes.
And when behavior changes, health outcomes follow.

Labfluence exists for that transformation.

Not faster content.
Not louder communication.
But a new operating system for influence in health.

Immersive. Intelligent. Inevitable.
